NORTH FC Player Pathway

North FC’s structure is intentionally designed to give young players the best of both worlds: local access and long-term alignment. From U5 to U12, players train and compete within one of our three geographic pods—West (Avon), Hudson, or Chagrin. Each location offers the same core curriculum, led by professional coaches and supported by league play in Pre-ECNL, NPL, CASA, and Great Lakes Futsal. This keeps training local and consistent while laying a shared technical and tactical foundation across the entire club.

At U13, players from all three hubs feed into a centralized North FC program, where the highest-performing athletes come together to train and compete in elite leagues such as ECNL RL. This phase offers increased access to performance training, video analysis, and college recruitment support. The two-phase structure ensures every player has a clear path to grow within the club, beginning with their first touch and continuing through their final showcase. Development is continuous, intentional, and never happens in isolation.

Our Locations

North FC operates in three regional pods — West, Hudson, and Chagrin — each with its own dedicated youth soccer training location. All pods share one unified club philosophy, player pathway, and development model. This structure provides convenient, local soccer training for families while ensuring every player receives the same high-quality coaching, competitive opportunities, and commitment to growth.
